Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On April 6, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car on April 11, 201:40, and led the Defendant to turn to the left at approximately 20 km a speed of 10 km from the direction of the current wind market, along with the power-driven off off and front one way of the road at the lower end of the Singu Sinpo-si, Daegu-si, the Sinpo-si.

At the time, there was a crosswalk in the front of the road where pedestrian signal, etc. was not installed, and there was a duty of care to temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk so as not to obstruct the crossing of the pedestrian, not to endanger the safety of the pedestrian, and to prevent the accident in advance by driving it on the front side, so it was confirmed that there was a person driving the motor vehicle, who is engaged in driving the motor vehicle, to look well at the front side and right side of the motor vehicle and to build the crosswalk, and at the same time, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident by driving it in advance.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and did not confirm the safety of the victim D(W, 65 years of age) passing along the crosswalk and let the victim go beyond the road with the left side of the victim's motor vehicle as the front side of the driver's vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as the inside of the left-hand leg and the joints of the government, which require approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment.
