Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Senior Citizens' Council, which is a member of the Yongsan-gu Senior Citizens' Council, Yongsan-gu, and the victim C shall be the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives of the above loan.

On June 6, 2014, around 12:10, the Defendant damaged the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by openly pointing out false facts.
