A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Criminal facts

On December 23, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Suwon District Court to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Detention House on February 10, 201.

1. On October 25, 2011, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to work as a multilateral employee even if he/she received the prepaid money from another person.

Nevertheless, on October 25, 201, the Defendant told the victim D of the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, that “The Defendant changed KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.”

As above, the Defendant received 2 million won from the victim’s bank account on the same day.

2. On December 2, 2011, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to work as a multilateral employee even if he/she received the prepaid money from another person.

Nevertheless, on December 2, 2011, the Defendant stated that “The victim F will work from the G multilateral bank operated by the victim, to be an employee” at the defendant’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as the victim F.

As above, the Defendant received 1 million won from the victim’s bank account on the same day.

[2013 Highest 3749] In March 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim J at the “Irenk's Office located in the Gu H during the Ansan-si, 2013, that “it is possible for our husband to operate a food agency, which is coming to his her her husband, to be a business employee who delivers food to his her customer. In order to work as a business employee, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that 10 million won should be paid, unless there is any money to do so, 2 million won should be paid.”

However, in fact, since there was no fact that the husband of the defendant had operated a food agency, even if he received money from the defendant as a security deposit for employment, the defendant will be employed.
