Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 6, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at an Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch on April 6, 2015, and on November 18, 2016, the same court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 8 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 03:10 on November 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went into the victim C&A business establishment located in Sin Sin Sin Sin Sin Sin Sin Sin Sin Singu, and went into the said business establishment beyond the outer wall installed in the boundary of the site and India; (b) opened a driver’s seat of D/E-car with approximately KRW 7,000,000 at the market price, which is a dangerous article owned by the victim, parked therein; (c) opened a car car with a car sticking to the said car; and (d) operated the said car with a car to return the car knife attached to the said car; and (d) destroyed the repair cost by receiving approximately KRW 584,00,00 from the said business site; and (d) operated the said car outside the said business site.

2. The accused is a person engaged in driving of EXE cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver) and the Road Traffic Act;
