Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2016, around 12:30 on May 29, 2016, at the entrance of a male toilet in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant openly committed obscene acts, such as knee and kneee, kneeing his sexual organ in a state where many unspecified people can see, as well as knee and kneing it in his own sexual organ.
