A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things and provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting, and no person shall use such things for gambling;

Nevertheless, on October 1, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in G, G, the Internet private sports soil site “C (D, E, F, etc.)” using a mobile phone, deposited KRW 140,00 in the account (Account Number: G) in the name of the Defendant, at the Daegu Bank (Account Number) designated by the said site operator, deposited KRW 140,00 in the Korean bank account (Account Number: I) in the name of the said site operator, deposited the game money, and paid dividends depending on whether or not the results of various domestic and foreign sports games provided on the said site were fit and received dividends from that time until June 25, 2017, as shown in the attached list of crimes, by transferring KRW 818,613,000 in total over 859.

2. The Defendant habitually displayed the results of the domestic and foreign sports games at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, as stated in paragraph 1, and carried out a private sports climate gambling in which dividends were paid depending on whether or not it is appropriate.
