1. On board a ship which connects each point in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 9, 10, 10, and 1 with regard to real estate stated in the separate sheet.
Reasons
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) owns each of the plaintiffs 1/8, defendant D D 1/8, and defendant E 1/2 shares.
It is reasonable to divide the instant land in kind, such as paragraph (1) of this Article, by comprehensively taking into account all the circumstances, such as location, land size, accessibility, and the respective equity ratio of the original and the Defendant. In particular, if the said land is divided as prescribed in paragraph (1) of this Article, the value of each divided land may be balanced among the original and the Defendant.
The plaintiffs' claims of this case shall be accepted in its entirety on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
