Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three years and four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On April 28, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months with prison labor for special larceny; on August 23, 2005, at the Ulsan District Court, for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny); on November 20, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months; on August 18, 2009, with prison labor for 3 years and 6 months from imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Ulsan District Court.

[2] On February 25, 2013, around 00:10 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the glass window by gathering the dricker from the front glass window of the victim D, parked in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Seoul-gu, by inserting the dricker in the drupture of the victim D, and then colored the inside of the vehicle, but did not bring about any material that could result in theft; (b) did not bring about the intent, and (c) took the proceeds into account the attempted crime, from that time to March 9, 2013, cash amounting to KRW 505,00 in total at the market price by the same method, such as the list of crimes, until March 9, 2013.

That was either attempted or attempted.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
