A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C Poter Cargo Vehicles.

1. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (the U.S.) driving of the above cargo vehicle at around 15:15, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.189%, at around 0.15:4 degrees of comprehensive distribution in front of the comprehensive distribution 453 lanes as the regular manager of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Mine at about 60 km per hour depending on one lane, while driving the four-lane road at a speed of about 40 km from the opposite side of the Gwangju Airport.
