A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 2 (Handbrus), 4 (White color) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2010, the Defendant issued juvenile protective disposition by special larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Prosecutors’ Office, and on July 25, 2012, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, which became final and conclusive on July 26, 2012 in the Seoul Southern Prison, on June 28, 2013 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period expired on September 3, 2013.

1. Around 14:00 on August 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief): (a) removed the victim D from the house by milching the toilet crime prevention windows with the house (on a continuous basis referred to as “defluence”) and then intrudes into the house; (b) took off DKY 1,350,000 won in cash on the west and 10,000 won in the market price in the west; and (c) took off the pigs 10,000 won in total at the market price from that method to August 29, 2013, the Defendant habitually stolen the goods worth KRW 70,000 in total at the market price, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, from that date to August 29, 2013.

2. Damage to property;

A. Around August 19, 2013, the Defendant damaged the victim E’s property damage by taking out the victim E’s house from f.301, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 201, by taking out the entrance door of the market price of the above victim’s possession and the number of the market price equivalent to 150,000 won.

B. Around August 27, 2013, the Defendant damaged the property damage to the Victim G by sucking out of the non-gate gate loss of the market price owned by the said Victim G in order to enter the Victim G house in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Habae-dong 302.
