1. The lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant charges on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on inducement of sexual intercourse, violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (e.g., production and distribution of obscene materials), and violation of the Act on the Protection of Children

2. With respect to the case of the request for attachment order, an appeal shall also be deemed filed regarding the case of the request for attachment order, unless the defendant and the requested person have filed a final appeal regarding the case

However, there is no indication of the reason in the petition of appeal and there is no ground for appeal on this part.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
