Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2015, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on which the judgment became final and conclusive on October 13, 2015, after having been sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for committing a crime, such as violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts at Public Smuggling Places), etc. in order to support the High Court.

On August 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to seven months of imprisonment with prison labor for public performance and obscenity, and was released as a ruling of revocation of detention on September 24, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on the same day as the ruling became final and conclusive on October 27, 2016.

On June 27, 2019, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act, such as: (a) seeing the victim C(s) in front of any coffee specialty located in Goyang-gu, Goyang-si B, Goyang-si; (b) kiscing the scam and skeing the sexual organ by hand; and (c) scaming the sexual organ by hand; and (d) scaming the victim out of the given coffee specialty, viewing the victim and scam the sexual organ by hand; and (c) scaming the sexual organ by hand.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Confidentiality;

(a) Where basic personal information is changed, a person subject to registration who has not submitted changed information shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date

1) On December 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) registered a motor vehicle in his/her name at the office of the civil petition for the registration of the motor vehicle in the Yongsan-gu Office located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Seoul-do, 1256, the Defendant failed to submit information on changes in the registration number of the owned motor vehicle to the head of the competent police office within 20 days from that date without justifiable grounds; (b) on May 30, 2018, the Defendant began with the G company located in the building EF in the Yongsan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-si, Busan-si, and began with the above car siren passenger car and changed his/her occupation, without justifiable grounds, within 20 days from that date.
