The Plaintiff

A. Defendant B: (a) the real estate listed in Annex B No. 1 of the Schedule;

B. Defendant C is jointly with Defendant B.

1. A claim for delivery of real estate filed by the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff acquired the right to use and benefit under the main sentence of Article 81(1) of the Act on March 15, 2018 by the head of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “head of Jung-gu”) pursuant to Article 78(4) of the same Act, against the Defendants possessed as the owner (Defendant B), or lessee (Defendant C, D) of each of the real estate specified in the separate sheet in the project area, among the real estate in the separate sheet in the project area, and the Plaintiff acquired the right to use and benefit pursuant to the main sentence of Article 81(1) of the same Act.

2. Judgment deemed a confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
