Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who has worked as the head of D viewing Parking Facility and Transportation Facility Team from October 1, 2014 to July 4, 2017, and Defendant B is a person who is in charge of the affairs of the company and is in charge of the affairs of the director of the KCAE.

Defendant

A needs to have work experience to enter Defendant B into the D Viewing Parking Facility and Office located in F on December 2, 2015 by telephone from Defendant B to the H University Special Screening.

G from December 28, 2015, requiring that he/she be employed as a regular employee in E, and Defendant B submitted a false certificate of employment, etc. as if he/she was receiving four types of insurance from around December 2015 without having served as a regular employee in the LAE, and HU’s president entered the said H university as if he/she had served in the LAE. Since January 28, 2016, G submitted a false certificate of employment, etc. as if he/she had been receiving four types of insurance from around December 28, 2015, and HU university’s H university’s employment in the LAE from around January 28, 2015 to the LAE.

Accordingly, in collusion with G, the Defendants interfered with legitimate duties concerning the selection of screening students entrusted by the president of H University as a deceptive scheme.
