1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
2. However, in respect of Defendant B, this paragraph is applicable.

Defendant
A, from September 30, 2005 to October 22, 2007, purchased 7 insurance premiums under one’s own name, such as Green Insurance Co.CI insurance, Interesting life insurance company distribution H5 health insurance, postal insurance company H5, postal insurance company’s regular insurance, nurbert health insurance, interesting country fire insurance company’s love, and car insurance company’s free dividends, and paid KRW 576,045 per month insurance premiums. The Defendant B purchased 7 insurance premiums from October 11, 2005 to November 27, 2007 under one’s name, and paid KRW 576,045 per month insurance premiums. The Defendants B purchased 5 insurance premiums under one’s own life insurance company’s own health insurance premium, health insurance company’s own health insurance premium, 06 insurance company’s life insurance premium, 06 insurance company’s life insurance premium, 06 insurance company’s life insurance premium, 07 insurance company’s free dividends.
1. The Defendant hospitalized the D Hospital located in Kimhae-si for twenty-seven (27) days from November 19, 2008 to December 15, 2008.
However, the Defendant was in a state where there was no need for hospital treatment, such as running out and staying out from time to time without receiving any special treatment in addition to ordinary drugs after being hospitalized, and sufficiently treating the Defendant for hospital treatment.
Nevertheless, on December 22, 2008, the Defendant filed an application for insurance proceeds by submitting relevant documents as if he/she were hospitalized for 27 days inevitably and faithfully treated, and received delivery of KRW 400,000 on January 6, 200 from the victim.
In addition, from November 19, 2008 to March 25, 2013, the Defendant could achieve the purpose of treatment from the beginning, such as the list of crimes A, and thus, it is unnecessary to rehospitalize the Defendant, even if hospitalized, for a long period of 51 days in total, such as being hospitalized more than the appropriate period of hospitalization, and thus extending to 31 times from the insurance company, which is the victim.
