A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, around June 20, around December 31, 201, operated a “D company” under the name of the former E in which he/she divorcedd from Ulsan-gu C, Ulsan-gu, which distributes industrial miscellaneous materials, such as booms, cut stones, and make, from around December 31, 201.

1. On November 201, 2010, while the Defendant was operating the said company, the Defendant was liable for KRW 200 million, and the customer who is obligated to receive the price of supplied goods was in a situation in which claims cannot be recovered due to dishonor, etc., and disposed of at least the price by receiving goods, such as drums, cut stones, etc., and preparing cash, and then making up cash in return for paying the existing debts, and paying 150 won per piece of commission to the F, who was aware of the place where he can be sold by dumping, is identified as a place where he can be sold by dumping.

On November 1, 2010, the Defendant expressed that “Korea is supplied with 3M cutting stones and supplied them to Samsung F&S and DT companies. When supplying 3M cutting stones, the Defendant would supply the said companies and settle it at the end of the following month.”

However, the fact is that the delivery was received, and the F was immediately conducted by another distribution company such as I or I or other distribution companies at a lower price than the purchase price, and the cash was prepared to repay the existing debt, and there was no intention or ability for the victim to pay the purchase price on a timely basis.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim and being supplied with 3M cutting stones equivalent to KRW 8,250,000 from the victim on November 1, 2010, as well as from around that time to May 25, 201, received 3M cutting stones worth KRW 279,640,000 via 40 times in total as shown in Appendix I, as shown in Appendix I.

B. On August 9, 201, the Defendant against the victim J shall be the victim J, the representative K in the above D office, as set forth in the above paragraph (1).
