1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s father B (hereinafter “the father”) completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 30, 1959 with respect to Sung-gun-gun Co., Ltd. 966 square meters (hereinafter “former land”). The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 30, 1959 with respect to D 421 square meters (hereinafter “former land substitution”). The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 28, 1965.
B. 1) From November 2, 1979 to June 30, 1981, the head of Sungju-Gun carried out the Sdistrict rearrangement project, and the chairman was the deceased. 2) On January 9, 1982, the land substitution plan (A evidence 1; hereinafter “instant plan”) prepared on January 9, 1982, stating that the land before replotting and the land before replotting are substituted by the Plaintiff with the land substitution plan of 3,971 square meters in Sungju-gun E-Gun (hereinafter “one land”).

(d) The Plaintiff was the land donation before May 18, 2006.
