A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and engages in driving service of automobiles by making a franchise.

3. On June 26, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 22:41, 201, at the front of the Southern-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) on the road in front of the Southern-do, Chungcheongnam-do; and (c) was required to submit an identification card by drinking driving; and (d) was out of the Republic of Korea.
