1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 31, 2015 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of the evidence Nos. 1 through 4 and the entire pleadings, it is recognized that the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on May 10, 2013, setting the deposit amount of KRW 58 million with respect to No. 811 and the lease period of KRW 2,00,000,000, and the deposit money is paid to the Defendant. Since then, the Plaintiff and the Defendant terminated the lease agreement on July 16, 2015, the Plaintiff delivered the said 811 to the Defendant on October 17, 2015, and the Defendant returned only KRW 15 million out of the deposit amount of KRW 58 million to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 43 million with delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 31, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the defendant, as requested by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
