1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff served as a public official in charge of maritime affairs and fisheries at the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries on September 28, 1994, who was appointed as a ship guard on February 24, 201 to February 28, 2013, and served in the Organizing Committee for the SP 2012, from April 8, 2013 to April 6, 2014 in the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and served in the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in the Ministry of Maritime Safety C from September 2, 2014 to the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.

B. Upon the resolution of the Central Disciplinary Committee on April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) deemed that the Plaintiff violated Article 61 of the former State Public Officials Act (amended by Act No. 13288, May 18, 2015; hereinafter “State Public Officials Act”) on the ground that “the Plaintiff received entertainment equivalent to KRW 664,688, including golf 4 times and meal once (hereinafter “instant disciplinary cause”); and (b) on the ground that the Plaintiff violated Article 61 of the former State Public Officials Act (amended by Act No. 13288, May 18, 2015; hereinafter “State Public Officials Act”) on the ground that he/she received entertainment equivalent to KRW 664,688,29,37,” pursuant to Articles 78(1) and 78-2 of the State Public Officials Act, the Plaintiff was punished by the reduction of salary and February (the target amount to be 64,688, and surcharges for disciplinary action”).
