The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the Defendant was hospitalized in the CE Han Council (hereinafter “Korea Council member”) and received treatment faithfully, and there was no intention to obtain insurance money by fraudulent hospitalization.

2. The court below rejected the above assertion in detail on the grounds for appeal of this case, on the ground that the Defendant asserted the same as the grounds for appeal of this case.

Considering the circumstances cited by the lower court in light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the lower court, it is reasonable to view that the Defendant, despite having not been hospitalized at Hanwon, pretended to have been hospitalized as if he was falsely as to the corresponding period in the annexed crime list of the lower judgment, and obtained the relevant insurance money from the victim insurance companies on the basis thereof.

Therefore, the judgment of the court below is just, and there is no error of misunderstanding of facts or of misunderstanding of legal principles as pointed out by the defendant.

① A, the president of one of the instant cases, has been hospitalized in the investigative agency and the lower court, as the list is seen, even those who were actually hospitalized.

During the list, DK, DL, CT, EE, F, FN, FN, and FM are memoryd as they were hospitalized well.

Persons other than those who have been hospitalized in Ulsan shall be memoryd as those who have been hospitalized in the area other than Gwangju.

Defendant, BJ, BP, and Q stated to the effect that they were not hospitalized and that they were memoryed as going out of the country, and in fact, a relatively accurate person hospitalized at a single Council member of this case (Evidence Records 15868 through 15870, 16177, 944, 952). (2) The nursing private Z of a Council member of this case is the name of the investigative agency as it appears to be peculiar to the person who is in the hospital at night, even in the case of a Council member of this case.

In most areas other than Gwangju, most of the persons who are not Gwangju are diving at the Hanwon.
