The defendant shall keep in order each point of the attached Form No. 14, 15, 16, 17, and 14, among the 2,136 square meters prior to the smuggling to the plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the entries and recording of evidence Nos. 1 through 7 (including household numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), the results of the appraisal commission to the Korea Land Information Corporation in this court, and the purport of the entire pleadings, the Defendant is obligated to install and manage a grave on each of the lands owned by the Plaintiff’s decedent, and install and manage the grave on each of the following points in the attached Table Nos. 14, 15, 16, 17, and 14, the attached Table Nos. 14, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 18, and the attached Table Nos. 18, 19, 20, 21, and 18, and the attached Table Nos. 22,23, 24, 25, and 22, and the entire purport of the argument. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to occupy the above portion of the land on each of the land owned by the heir, each of the above part No. 11, 5, 65, 10, and 3131.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
