A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In spite of the fact that the Defendant was a sports teacher of the E-high school located in the Shinan-gun, the Defendant was unable to commit an indecent act against a child or juvenile by deceptive scheme or force, the Defendant was willing to commit an indecent act against a student who is committed by the Defendant using the status of the teacher.

1. At around 12:30 on July 8, 2015, the Defendant told the Victim F (F) who is a student in Ehigh School D, Ehigh School D, the Newanan-gun, that “I am well about the examination scores.” On his hand, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force because the victim et al. met three times with the victim, etc., and by force.

2. From the end of August 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force against the victim’s shoulder and breast part above the victim’s shoulder and breast part in the second grade class class of the E-high school at the end of 08:30, the Defendant stated that “the victim’s victim F (V) who is a student in the second grade class of the E-high school at the age of 17,” and in his/her hands, the victim committed an indecent act by force.

3. On September 2015, the Defendant stated that the victim F (the age of 17) who was a student in front of the above E-high school sports preparations room in early E-high school was “doly heated” during the sports hours, and, in hand, committed an indecent act against the victim by force by making two parts of the victim’s right-fucks and bucks.

4. On September 2015, the Defendant told the Victim F (L, 17 years of age) who was a student in front of the E-high school sports preparation room in the middle and the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force by using the victim’s following the victim’s knife in both hands.

5. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant told the Victim F (F) who is a student at the class of the second grade E high school in the middle grade 21:20, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force by deceiving the Victim’s title and shoulder by hand.

6. The Defendant at around 08:00 on September 18, 2015, on the left face of the Victim G (Woo, 15 years old) who was a student before the first-class class class of the said E-high school.
