At around 11:50 on June 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a Crenren car while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.152% in the 30cm section of the underground parking lot, Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B apartment 202, Dong-gu, Incheon.
