The defendant of "2013 Highly 719" is a street store.

No one shall use a trademark identical with or similar to another person's registered trademark on goods identical with or similar to the designated goods, and deliver, sell, forge, imitate, or possess such trademark for the purpose of using or making another person use it.

Nevertheless, on August 16, 2013, at around 16:15, the Defendant is running in front of a C cafeteria located in Gunsan-si B.

1. Counterfeit CK YAK YAK design identical or similar to the design "BLAK YAK" design, which is registered as designated goods (registration number No. 0638537) by BLAK YAK Co., Ltd., Ltd., 10 points for forgery, 6 points for half-in, half-in, and half-in, which are attached without authority;

On January 23, 2014, at around 16:30 on January 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the trademark right by carrying 15 points on the method of displaying for sale to many unspecified persons, a trademark (registration number: 0380952, a trademark right holder: 0380952) which registered Twitts, etc. with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as designated goods, and a trademark (registration number: 06385, a trademark right holder: 063855, a trademark right holder: 200) which registered Twitts, etc. with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as designated goods.
