On May 23, 2013, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven a blood alcohol concentration of 0.279% (0.279%) with a distance of about 50 meters from 161 meters from the 161-2nd 161st epoch of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the same 161-2nd epoch.
