A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant resided alone in a house located in Chungcheong budget-gun C located in approximately 100 meters away from the victim’s residence, and frequently visited the victim’s family.
