1. Summary of the facts charged

A. B. On June 13, 2012, the Defendant, in breach of trust in relation to the ginseng dry field N in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, signed a notarial deed of monetary loan contract of KRW 100 million (No. 102) with the victim on the same day on the same day on November 29, 201, a KRW 60 million in the name of N in the name of N in the name of N in the name of the Defendant, and a KRW 40 million in the name of P in the name of N in the name of the Defendant and borrowed KRW 200 million in total from the victim to the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant.
