Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not impede the defendant's exercise of defense right.

On June 13, 2018, the Defendant is a person in charge of accounting of D's election campaign office, who was sent to the candidate for Cparty in the presidential election of Dong-si local council members of the Gu Council.

No person shall file a false report on a resident registration with the intention of casting the vote in a specific election district from 180 days before the record date for the preparation of the electoral registry (from November 23, 2017) to the day when the preparation of the electoral registry is completed (from May 26, 2018).

Nevertheless, around March 27, 2018, the Defendant reported the resident registration transfer to Seoul KK and the first floor (L) for the purpose of casting a vote at the 7th nationwide local election G constituency (H, I, and J Dong) although he/she resided in Seoul F at the time.

As a result, the Defendant filed a false report on a resident registration for the purpose of casting a vote in a specific election district, and filed a false report on a resident registration.
