Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2018, the Defendant driven a B Spact car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.129% at a level of approximately 1.5km from the front of the “Gamar Station” located in Pyeongtaek-gu Apon-si Apon-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Pyeongtaek-gu, Dongm-dong to the front of the “Gamn-ro” road located in the same Eup/Myeonn-ro.
