A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand, who is in charge of recruiting women to work at the marina business in Korea, and C and D are in charge of arranging Thailand women introduced by the defendant to the marina business in Korea.

No person shall arrange or solicit the employment of any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant accessed Thailand E, a local female, who entered Korea as a visa, and proposed that “I may pay money if I wish to go to Korea as a visa, and if I wish to go to do so within three months of the period of stay, I may work as a marina branch in Korea without any problem, and later, I will pay KRW 2.5 million as a job placement fee when I receive benefits at a marina place.”

E, after having arrived at the Incheon Airport on March 30, 2015 by using an aircraft, undergo an entry inspection, the Defendant sent text messages to women to facilitate entry and departure screening procedures, such as sending text messages to the effect that “Isber L,” “Isber L,” which is a real-time message service provider, “Isber L,” “Iser L,” and “Is a good answer to the fact that I am going to go to the speech that I would go to go to a string.” C, D type text messages, which was arranged to help women, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities, work as a marina branch office in the Gmas branch office located in the Gamagu, Nowon-gu, Seoul.

In collusion with C and D, the Defendant, from February 2015 to July 2015, in collusion with C and D, arranged and recommended the employment of foreigners who do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 14 times, for a business purpose.
