A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The number of seized articles 1 through 28, 30 through 37, 39, 40, 42 through 49, and 100, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a DNA car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 10 km from the front side of the apartment site in the village of the Incheon Seo-dong, 635-1, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the front side of the 175 km-ro, Sinung-si, Sinung-do, to the 175 km-ro, Sinung-do.
2. Any person who has taken over a registered automobile shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership unless there is any justifiable reason not to do so;
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the transfer registration of ownership of the said vehicle from June 2, 2016 to June 23: 15, 2016, even though the Defendant acquired a DNA No. 1 registered under the name of U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. from a person who was unaware of the name on the Internet website on April 2016.
3. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant was found to have failed to pay the fine for negligence, while driving a DN driver’s vehicle on the street in front of the 175 Sea Security Center, at the time of the Gyeonggi-do competition, at around 03:15 on June 2, 2016, and thus, the Defendant was required to produce a driver’s license from E and F in the situation where he belongs to the Gyeonggi Police Station E.
The Defendant denied the official document by presenting the Class II ordinary driving license for G in the name of the president of the Gyeonggi-do National Police Agency, which is an official document held by himself, to the above F, as if he were his driver's license.
4. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) presented a driver’s license to G on the street, i.e., the 175 Korea Coast Guard Center, at the time of Gyeonggi-do, at around 03:15, on June 2, 2016; (b) however, his/her face and the above driver’s license are not consistent; (c) thus, the Defendant was required to have his/her fingerprint confirmed from E and F in the situation where he/she belongs
The defendant is the defendant in order to stop the flight of the DN No. D, which is a dangerous object to escape, and take a speed ped by driving on the DN driver's car, and proceed as it is.
