A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 14, 2018, at around 03:00 to 03:13, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender through a restaurant located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City “C”; (b) was in line with the Seoul Gwangjin Police Station E zone located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (c) was demanded by the Defendant to inform him of personal information from the border F located in the above E zone; (d) on the same day, the Defendant illegally used his/her resident registration number by speaking that he/she completed his/her resident registration number as his/her own, in order to conceal the fact that he/she was designated.

2. The Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender in the foregoing assault case at the Seoul Mine Police Station E District; (b) notified the Defendant’s name and resident registration number to the head of the police station affiliated with the said district F, and had the said F prepare and output the “written confirmation” and the “written confirmation of the suspect under arrest and detention”; (c) marked the Defendant’s name in the column of confirmation of each of the above written confirmations and marked the Defendant’s unmanned seal next thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged G’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The Defendant, at the above Seoul Minejin Police Station E zone, exercised the “written confirmation” stating the signature of forged G and the “written confirmation of the suspect who was arrested or detained,” and the “written confirmation of the suspect who was not aware of the fact” to the above F.

4. Around 00:00 on August 12, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a JM3 car without a vehicle driver’s license from the H distance in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the first road in Seongdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
