A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall flee, conceal his whereabouts, injure his body, or commit a deceitful act, with the intention of evading military service or having military service reduced or exempted.

On June 7, 2005, the Defendant issued a medical certificate for military service use under the name of “Seongan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu Military Manpower Office, along with the medical certificate for military service use and the military service assignment to the Daegu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu Military Manpower Office.

Then, around May 4, 2010, the Defendant damaged the body or used a fraudulent act with the aim of evading military service or having military service reduced or exempted by undergoing an examination in a state where the air space was expanded by the above methods at the Daegu-gu regional military manpower office located in the Daegu-gu regional military manpower office.
