A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for special larceny at the Daegu District Court on August 24, 2013, which became final and conclusive on June 1, 2013, and is currently under suspended sentence.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 1, 2014, the Defendant, holding philophones, kept in the Defendant’s house located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, the Defendant carried Melophones containing 0.368g of psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “philophones”) in the cooling house and in the Defendant’s house, which is located in Daegu Northern-gu C.

2. Provision of Handphones;

A. On July 19, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant provided L with approximately 0.05g of philopon contained in a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s model K house located in Daegu-gu JJ 302.

B. On July 24, 2013, around 12:00, the Defendant provided L with approximately 0.05g of philopon contained in a disposable injection machine.

3. On July 25, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened cash 570,000 won from L in the mutual influorial telephone room located in the Daegu Northern-dong, Daegu Northern-gu; (b) issued L at around 16:00 on the same day, and traded phiphones by selling phiphones.
