1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, a company established for the purpose of sanitary heating, cooling, mechanical equipment construction business, fire-fighting system construction business, etc. of each of the instant subcontracts, was subcontracted to the Plaintiff, ① the construction from the Defendant Hyundai Construction, ② the construction from the following table Nos. 1 to 3, and ② the construction from the joint contractors organized by the Defendant Hyundai Construction and the Defendant Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Heavy Industries”), respectively.

In total, each of the instant subcontracts shall be referred to as “each of the instant subcontracts,” and each of the individual contracts shall be named in sequence as the name of the construction described in either “1 to 4 subcontract” or “ad hoc name” column below.
