A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On January 21, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.145% in blood at a 00:45%, and led to the flow of the two-lane road in front of the common gate of Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun, in the two parallels of the common gate, in the two parallels of the common gate, from the girth of the erogate to the two parallels of the common gate.
