1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by a fine of three million won;

2. Defendant B does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving CMW745Li vehicles.
