A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was between the victim B (n, 52 years of age) and the year.

1. Around 10:30 on October 17, 2019, the Defendant was driving the Eystex vehicle owned by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol of about 3.2km from the section of approximately 0.114% of alcohol level from the 3.2km section of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the roads of the same D apartment.

2. On October 17, 2019, around 10:40 on October 17, 2019, the Defendant was living in the said D Apartment F, which was the victim’s residence, and the Defendant opened a door by string the victim’s door and intruded into the victim’s residence.

3. The Defendant of special property damage: (a) tried to make a conversation with the victim on the date, time, and place specified in Paragraph (2); (b) but, on the ground that the victim refused to make a conversation and was called the victim's match, the kitchen gate (not less than 20cm in length, about 10cm in total length, about 20cm in total length, about 10cm in total length), and the kitchen gate (not less than 10cm in total length, about 10cm in total length) were placed in one hand; and (c) "the deceased Da", and "the person who slick his self-esteem cannot use them" were not well different from those in the market value of the victim suffering from the victim, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

4. The Defendant: (a) knife knife, which is a dangerous object, knife the victim’s face and body; (b) knife the victim’s face and body; and (c) knife the victim’s hand, which is a dangerous object, and knife the victim’s knife with the victim’s hand; and (d) knife the victim’s knife and pushed the victim.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

5. At around 13:30 on October 17, 2019, the Defendant is less than two kitchen-blades, which are dangerous things with the victim, moving to the said apartment G, the residence of the said Defendant, with the victim of the said apartment G.
