A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from November 17, 2012, is a person who operates a food service business that operates a cafeteria on the first floor of the Da military hall underground of the D military office located in Gyeongnam-Nam, while running a food service business in F in Gyeongnam E.
