Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B are the representative director of corporation C established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business of clothing in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B are the inside director of corporation C, and the Defendants are operating the above company in the form of business.
