1. The main lawsuit of this case and the intermediate confirmation lawsuit of this case are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be the principal lawsuit and the intermediate confirmation lawsuit.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On August 20, 2008, D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) started the construction project of the urban planning road F, G, H, I, and I (hereinafter “instant project”) around that time with conditional consent from the Defendant on the project implementer designation and implementation plan for the city planning road (hereinafter “instant road”) according to the construction of a factory of Yangsan-si Ewon, Yangsan-si, an urban planning facility project.

B. On June 16, 2011, the Defendant’s Intervenor was authorized by the Defendant to revise the implementation plan for the Gyeyang Urban Planning Facility Project, which changed the project implementer of the instant project from D to the Intervenor joining the Defendant.

On April 1, 2016, the Intervenor entered into a comprehensive acquisition agreement with K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “K”) on April 1, 2016 with the content that the Intervenor joining the Defendant comprehensively transferred the instant business rights to K.
