1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of facts) has not inflicted any bodily injury upon the victims.

2. The judgment of the court below, the statement of the victims corresponding to the facts charged of this case and the statement of the victims' complaint are hard to believe it as it is in light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below and the court below.
