1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1 Status of the Parties A (hereinafter “A”)
(2) Defendant C served as the head of a factory from March 2005 to February 2012, 2012, and Defendant D is working in A.
From June 2005 to June 2005, H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) was appointed as the representative director after the withdrawal.
3) Defendant E is Co., Ltd. I (hereinafter “I”).
Defendant F is the representative director, and Defendant F is J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”).
Defendant G is the representative director, and Defendant G is the representative of K. All the above companies are A’s customers. B. A’s regular L, the head of the headquarters, and the head of the accounting team, around 2011, issued A’s bills in the name of the customer, and planned to lend A’s operating funds in the manner that the said customer at the discount of each of the bills at the discount of the said bills and returned the bills to A’s passbook.
2) Accordingly, M asked Defendant D to the effect that “A’s customer transfers the discounted bill discount to Defendant D, after depositing the money into H’s account, to transfer it again to A’s account.” Thereafter, Defendant C asked K (Defendant G) on May 27, 201 (hereinafter the same applies) to the effect that “A’s customer transfers the discounted bill discount to Defendant D.”
() A promissory note with a face value of KRW 50 million was issued and delivered to Defendant D as advance payment, on June 23, 201, one promissory note with a face value of KRW 100 million, one promissory note with a face value of KRW 50 million to J (Defendant F) on June 24, 201, and one promissory note with a face value of KRW 35 million to K (Defendant G) on June 24, 2011, respectively. 3) Defendant E issued and delivered to Defendant D with a face value of KRW 98,461,365 on June 27, 201, Defendant F with a face value of KRW 48,50,000 on June 27, 201, Defendant D with a face value of KRW 450,000 on a face value of KRW 50,000 on a face value of KRW 50,000 on a face value of KRW 35 million on a face value.
