1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. B (B; hereinafter “spouse”) is a man of Pakistan’s nationality, and entered the Republic of Korea on July 25, 2006 as an industrial training (D-3). On June 17, 2007, the change of status was granted in the capacity of August 2, 2007 (G-1) on the ground that the treatment of an industrial accident is needed, and after applying for permission for naturalization, the change of status was granted to the applicant for nationality in the capacity of visit Dong (F-1).

B. On September 4, 2012, the Plaintiff filed a marriage report with his/her spouse in his/her country on September 4, 2012, and entered and staying in the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit (C-3) on September 2, 2013, and applied on October 24, 2013 for the change of his/her status of stay in the capacity of visit (F-1) to the Defendant for the nursing of his/her spouse.

C. On April 11, 2014, after conducting a fact-finding survey as follows, the Defendant rendered a disposition to deny the Plaintiff’s application for change of the Plaintiff’s status of stay (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

1) On January 23, 2013, the spouse was subject to the decision on the medical care insurance benefits due to a recurrence disorder on January 24, 2013, and received KRW 49,132,390 on a lump sum disability on January 24, 2013, and transferred KRW 20 million on February 4, 2013 to Pakistan as its home country, and KRW 10,000,000 to be repaid with money borrowed from Pakistan-gu and used the remainder for marriage expenses, flight fees, etc., the spouse’s balance of the passbook: 453,109 as of January 13, 2014, the Plaintiff was living in the room of KRW 50,000,000,000 as of January 13, 201, but it was necessary to return the deposit money and KRW 1,000,000,000,000 for KRW 1,000,000.
