Defendant B was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims, etc. (special robbery, etc.) at the Seoul Northern District Court on November 9, 2001 and completed the execution of the sentence at the female prison on September 2, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

Defendants were aware of their personal life in a female prison. While they were unable to live in the workplace after being released from prison, they conspired to steals and forcibly take money and valuables by suggesting a crime to Defendant A while they were faced with difficulties in living due to loans.
