A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act ( Taking into account the favorable circumstances in the following) of the suspended sentence is that, after the cancellation of the existing singing practice room business, the Defendant appears to continue running the singing practice room business which actually maintained the existing business form in the same place after the cancellation of the previous singing practice room business, including music video products, and the fact that there are several penalties for fines for the same kind of crime, etc. on the other hand, the nature of the crime cannot be deemed to be negligible.
