1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: E. ; E. ; E. 3; E. 8, Jan. 25, 2012, 201, 201, 3. 200,000 won (including each number in the case of additional numbers); E. 9,10 evidence (including each number in the case of additional numbers); E. 20,000 won (5,00 won) between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on Dec. 14, 2011 and 50,000 won (hereinafter referred to as “D”); and 30,000 won (including the loan) as of Jan. 25, 2012, 200,000 won (including additional number in the case of additional number ; 40,000 won), and the Defendant had the reason for admitting the loan as of Sep. 8, 2010.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
