The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (limited to six months of imprisonment, two years of suspended execution, two years of probation, and two hundred hours of community service order) declared by the court below is too unreasonable.
2. It is true that the judgment defendant reflects the crime of this case, and that the defendant again does not commit the same mistake.

However, in the application of the law of the lower court, the phrase “relevant Article 79 subparag. 13, Article 53(1) and Article 30 of the Automobile Management Act” is apparent that the phrase “Article 79 subparag. 13, Article 53(1) of the Automobile Management Act and Article 30 of the Criminal Act” is a clerical error in the context of “Article 79 subparag. 13, Article 53(1) of the Motor Vehicle Management Act and Article 30 of the Criminal Act.”
