Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. C. On February 5, 2015, around 08:43, the Defendant taken the front of the F, located in Seoyang-gu E, Seoyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, and the front of the victim’s bridge on his/her name unexplodedd by using his/her cell phone with the inside of the camera function.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against the victim's will.

2. Around February 7, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influoring into a public place for sexual purpose) and the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influoring into a public place) taken by intrusion on the partitions side of the toilet at the second floor of the Goyang-gu Goyang-gu G building in Goyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, and his mobile phone with the inner function of the camera in order to take a studio of the victim H by using his/her cell phone, and 24 years old.

In this respect, the Defendant is sexually humiliated.
